How we work on site

We arrive 15 minutes early, do a quick walkthrough with the agent or homeowner, and note the light — north-facing rooms shoot best mid-morning, west-facing rooms after 15:00, and open-plan spaces facing the sea in Camps Bay or Bloubergstrand get the golden hour treatment where the brief allows. We move furniture where it helps: a chair angled 15 degrees, a stack of books removed, a dog-bed hidden — never staging beyond what the property will actually look like on viewing day.
