Terms of Service

Shoots are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit against the written quote. Dates are held tentatively for 72 hours from quote issue.

Free rescheduling with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather-related reschedules on exterior/drone shoots are always free of charge.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for full stills sets and 3–5 business days for cinematic edits, from the shoot date. Files are delivered via WeTransfer as web-optimised JPEGs and colour-graded MP4s.

Deliverables are licensed to the commissioning agent, developer or brand for 24 months of unlimited paid-media, print and social use. Onward sale or sub-licensing to third parties requires a separate written agreement.

Representative frames may appear in the TimeSake Media portfolio and social channels unless a written NDA is executed at booking.

Liability is limited to the fees invoiced for the shoot in question. TimeSake Media carries public liability insurance and a SACAA-aware drone operator on every aerial shoot.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
