Corporate conferences across the CTICC, Century City Conference Centre, the Sandton Convention Centre and Emperors Palace need a different pace — we bring a second shooter, offload cards to a backup drive every two hours, and rotate through the plenary, breakouts and sponsor stands so the coverage feels complete. Multi-day events get a nightly cull and preview so the CMO can approve press images before the next morning starts. Awards nights and gala dinners are shot with two bodies plus a dedicated backstage angle so the trophy-collection moment always has a clean frame.
Delivery, embargoes and PR use
Turnaround is a 24-hour preview selection, a 72-hour full gallery, and a 7-day long-form recap film where the mandate includes video. Every event ships a PR-ready press image selection — 8 to 15 frames — hand-picked to work in the client's press release and any editorial pickup that follows. Embargo dates on the delivery are honoured; where the client's PR agency needs the imagery under NDA until launch, we deliver via password-protected link with the embargo date printed on the folder. Corporate and PR-agency mandates get standard NDA cover countersigned before the event.
