The calendar-first shot list
Before we lift a camera we look at your last three months of posts and the next three months of your calendar. Product launches get their own reel and carousel treatment. Recurring content pillars — founder story, behind-the-scenes, testimonial, product hero, brand mood — get slotted into the shoot day in the order that respects the light and the wardrobe changes. We plan a Monday shoot for a Tuesday go-live wherever possible so the content lands while the shoot mood is still in the founder's head. The result is a schedule the internal team can execute against without asking the founder to make ad-hoc calls between shoots.
Founder-in-frame
The single highest-performing content type for a South African founder brand is the founder speaking directly to the camera about something specific they know. We build a shoot day that gets four to six of these captured, with a wardrobe change between them so they do not read as one long take. Prompts come from the founder's own answers to a pre-shoot brief — never a scripted read that feels like an ad. Where the founder is camera-shy we start with the easier B-roll and build up to the pieces to camera through the day, and we cut the takes so the natural moments land, not the perfect ones.
