We do not walk in and start moving the camera. If the house is priced on the view, the opening frame is a slow reveal of the view. If it is priced on the finish, we open on a detail — the brass tap, the reclaimed floorboards, the joinery in the kitchen — and pull back into the room. Shot lists that ignore the value story end up as pretty B-roll that never converts a viewing.
