Every property film ships in five files: a 60 to 90 second landscape master at 4K for the agency website and YouTube; a 9:16 vertical cut re-framed and re-timed for Instagram Reels and TikTok (not a squashed export of the landscape); a 1:1 square version for the Facebook feed; a 15-second teaser trailer; and a poster still for the Property24 listing thumbnail. All five ship with a 24-month paid-media licence covering Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok ads for both the individual agent and the agency, and a stripped audio version so the agent can voice over on socials.
Story before shot list
We do not walk in and start moving the camera. Before the shoot day we spend 15 minutes on a call with the agent talking about what makes the home worth its asking price — the view, the flow, the light, the finish, the security, the address — and we build the video around that answer. If the house is priced on the view, the opening frame is a slow reveal of the view. If it is priced on the finish, we open on a detail — the brass tap, the reclaimed floorboards, the joinery in the kitchen — and pull back into the room. Shot lists that ignore the value story end up as pretty B-roll that never converts a viewing.
