Trade interiors are the hardest lighting problem in property work: warm downlights, cool strip lighting under a bulkhead, daylight through one window and a mirror throwing all three back at the camera. We shoot bracketed and flash-blended depending on the space, match white balance across the set so a stone slab is the same colour in the kitchen and the scullery, and manage reflections in glass, mirror and polished stone by controlling the light rather than cloning it out afterwards. Stone and quartz surfaces get particular attention — the whole point of a Cosentino-grade slab is the vein and the depth, and a badly lit frame flattens it into grey plastic.
Naming, credits and supplier co-marketing
Trade work is only useful if it can be found and shared. Every file is delivered named by project, room and detail — not IMG_4821 — with alt text written for the web, plus web-optimised and print-resolution exports.
