The shot list is built around that: the CEO's keynote gets three angles, the product reveal gets a slow-motion capture and a locked wide, the sponsor logos get considered coverage every 20 minutes so the recap deck fills without staged imagery, and the guest-experience moments — the arrival, the canapé pass, the after-party — get captured naturally without asking the guest to pose.
