A well-planned commercial shoot delivers about 40 stills and one loop-friendly 45-second video across a single production day. The stills cover: signage and street elevation, entrance and reception tenanted-look, typical office floor at three angles, boardroom and pause area, kitchen and shower facility, service corridor, roof and plant space where relevant, and every parking level down to basement 3. A drone plate captures the site in its context — surrounding roads, arterials, distance to the closest Gautrain station or the N1 on-ramp. The video is cut as a slow motion piece designed to loop on the leasing landing page or the broker's website background.
Industrial and logistics-specific
Industrial mandates in Airport Industria, Killarney Gardens, Epping and Montague Gardens in Cape Town, or in City Deep, Jet Park and Longmeadow in Johannesburg, need a different rhythm: yard shots that show truck turning circles, roller-door and dock-leveller detail, gantry and crane detail on the shed floor, sprinkler and fire compartment shots where the marketing brochure calls for them, and a drone plate that reads the yard against the adjacent stands. Warehouse interiors are shot with high-CRI LED panels to correct the sodium and metal-halide fixtures that dominate on the shed floor, otherwise the frame goes green.
