Office landlords rarely want to advertise 'currently vacant on floor 4' — the shots need to read tenanted whether the desks are occupied or not. We bring props where the brief calls for it: laptops, coffee cups, plants, a jacket on the back of a chair — enough to make the space feel used, never so much that it stages a business that does not exist. On active-tenant floors we shoot after hours or on Saturday mornings and blur any incidental person in the frame under POPIA. NDA cover is standard: we countersign the landlord or broker's agreement before the shoot and treat every file as commercial-sensitive.
Retail centre coverage
Retail centre mandates — Fourways Mall, Blue Route Mall, Table Bay Mall, a strip centre in Bryanston or Constantia Village — need footfall reads and tenant-mix reads. We shoot during trading hours from angles that show the anchor tenants and the pause seating, and we schedule the empty-centre shots for early morning before opening so the finish and the flooring read cleanly. Drone context of the parking and the arterial access matters for the leasing brochure, and we work with centre management on filming permissions and shopper consent under POPIA.
